Allow me to invite you to our fish restaurants Šupina, Šupinka, and to our Šupina apartments.

Our restaurants, rooms, and apartments are located in the historical center of Třeboň, in the heart of the protected landscape area of Třeboňsko. This region is rightfully considered the center of Czech fish farming with a long-standing tradition. That is why our main specialty is freshwater fish – fresh products from the Třeboň region.

The Šupina and Šupinka brand has been built by our Müller family for more than 32 years. The tradition was started by my parents when they opened the first Šupina restaurant in 1992, and five years later, in 1997, the sister restaurant Šupinka followed. In 2006, I took over the family business and have proudly continued the tradition and helped build its reputation ever since.

In 2012, we first offered accommodation in our then-new rooms and apartments, named after Třeboň ponds – Láska (Love), Víra (Faith), Naděje (Hope), and Svět (World). In 2019, we expanded with five more apartments: Dobrá Vůle (Goodwill), Skutek (Deed), Potěšil (Delight), Překvapil (Surprise), and Rožmberk.

In the spring of 2024, we completed the first phase of the reconstruction of the Šupina Boutique Hotel building, which brought seven completely new apartments: V kolébce (In the Cradle), Slavíček (Little Nightingale), Zlatuška, Růže (Rose), Ráček (Little Crab), Velebil (in the attic), and Peřinka (Featherbed, on the ground floor).

Besides the Šupina and Šupinka brands, we are also the creators of the original dish Kapří hranolky (Carp Fries), which has its own unique recipe, trademark, and was also protected by a utility model. This dish is a staple on our menu and, thanks to its secret recipe, I can say with certainty that it is a true original and unique on the market.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to my team – especially manager Lukáš Jídlovec and head chef Zdeněk Kroupa, who represent me excellently and work alongside me every day to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible.
