In order you can eat fish safely, we are ready to prepare zander, pike, trout, catfish and, of course, Třeboň carp steaks.

We would like to explain the difference between a fish steak you can get in our restaurants and a fish fillet:

A fish steak is mainly a mechanically deboned fish i.e. without the backbone and fins, except for the dorsal fin – in such a case it is common that you can find some bones and it is even “desirable” (so you can tell the difference between a steak and a fillet)  

A fish fillet is an abdominal or dorsal muscle without skin with a small amount of bones and it can be processed further so the number of bones is reduced or it does not contain any bones at all.
