Payment

Price for accommodation:

• breakfast included in the price, it is served in the Šupina restaurant or in the Šupina Lounge in summer, if the weather is nice, it is served on the terrace
• children up to the age of 3 for free (without the right to own bed)
  
• VIP card holders will recieve the same discount they get in our restaurants
• we accept these cards: VISA, Master Card, Dinners Club, JCB a American Express, or you can pay by bank transfer to our bank account: 239 937 196/0600, Moneta Money bank CZ
• check-in from 2 p.m.
• check -out until 10 a.m., the late check out (until 12 a.m.) is charged 500 CZK.
• all rooms, apartments and indoor areas of the accommodation are non-smoking! In case of violation of this rule we charge a one-time fee of 2500 CZK
• In addition to the apartments V kolébce,Slavíček, Zlatuška, Růže, Ráček and Velebil you can take your pet to our apartments. From 1 September 2024 the fee for a small dog is 500 CZK, for a large dog 800 CZK.

Breakfast includes in the price for accommodation. We will book a table for lunch and/or dinner for you in advance Šupina a Šupinka restaurants

Cancellation fees:

• cancellation of your reservation within 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date free of charge
• cancellation of your reservation less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price
• cancellation of your reservation one day prior to the scheduled arrival date or you fail to arrive, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price
