Jitka and Pavel Müller and the chef were the first to prepare this typical specialty of Třeboň. However, what they did not expect was that it would become the “top dish” on the menu and one of the symbols of Šupina and Šupinka restaurants.

The recipe for carp chips has become a family secret which is guarded and only a few people know it.

This year we are celebrating the 15th anniversary since inventing this recipe. Please feel free to come and taste this genuine original!
